By accessing this website or booking services with San Diego Boxing Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

San Diego Boxing Academy provides boxing training, fitness instruction, and related services. All sessions are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to book an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the session. Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or full session charge.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
   

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time and prepared for training
   
• Disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to training
   
• Following all safety instructions during sessions
   

San Diego Boxing Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.

Boxing and physical training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

San Diego Boxing Academy, its owners, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services, except where required by law.

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its operation. All content on this website is the property of San Diego Boxing Academy and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
